Christmas presents for Novi Sad children
Project ''Operation Christmas Child'' brings joy and hope to children all over the world, with Christmas presents packed in shoe boxes. Samaritan’s Purse gives opportunities to people of good will to pack a shoe box with toys, useful small things and sweets, and send it to a child somewhere in the world.  In 2004, more than 7 million of such packages was collected and sent to children in 95 countries. 500 of them reached NSHC, thanks to humanitarian organization ''Rainbow'' from Novi Sad. These packages are going to be distributed to children from socially disadvantaged families which are beneficiaries of our humanitarian projects (displaced persons, refugees, the poor, Roma).
The first distribution was organized on December 30, in our premises. More than 80 children enjoyed the theatre play ''The Magic Potion Quest'', and Santa Claus gave the presents to all of them...
